Are you looking for a horse for the whole family ? This is your gal. Don’t let her being a mare deter you away, she is seriously one of my go to picks of the barn, you will love her too. I truly feel anyone can ride this mare. Bexie is grade. 12yo. Standing 15.1 , she showers with elegance, showcasing a long mane and tail, super soft kind eyes, glowing buckskin coat.
Gentle gentle gentle. I seriously cannot say it enough. Multiple videos showcase her ability to ride with only a rein around her neck, and she has demonstrated her calm and composed nature even in new and challenging environments. Even after being hauled to a new arena with tractors flying around, huge trees being knocked down, she’s been put to the test. Jump on her bareback in a halter and go ride around the property. She’s been hauled out 2 hours to a course that is in the video. She was pulled out of the trailer, saddled up, hopped on and taken thru various new encounters at the course. Bridges, logs, tarps, flags, trash, water, etc. The videos you see is the first some she seen any of those obstacles and the first time she went thru them. Bexie has very nice smooth gaits. Walk trot lope. Picks up her leads. Neck reins, stops, backs everything you want or need. She’s a dream to haul. Stands quiet. Doesn’t move around. You’re hungry ? Stop and get some food and she’ll be waiting. Better yet ride her on thru the drive thru. We’ve gone thru burger king drive thru for a drink. She’s been rode thru town, cars, semis, shopping carts all coming at her and she does not care, the road I was riding her down was on a main hwy. So when I say this mare has seen and done it all she just about has. She’s a lot more woah then go. But will get up when asked. Previous owners were heading on her. I’m doing my best to get my own videos on her. She’s got good feet however I keep shoes on her as I do all of mine. Just had a fresh set put on, utd on wormer, sand clear. She loves to be bathed. Throw the rope around her neck and she’ll stand there to be pampered. Great for farrier. Saddles and bridles at ease. Absolutly no mean bone in her body. Whether you want her for your kids, grandma, or yourself she should work. This mare has been nothing but a pleasure to own. Whoever gets her will be very lucky. I don’t talk this highly of very many mares. She does not disappoint. Great in a stall. Good in pasture. Does not care where she’s at and adapts to new environments at ease.
