“Wanna Play For A Poke” AKA Poker is a Registered APHA Gelding! Poker is an 11 year old red Dun Horse. He stands at 15 hands. Poker has been used as a cow horse sorting calf’s,penning and loading cattle. He has also been a great trail horse! We have shot guns around him or off him of him and it does not bother him a bit. He has had riders ranging from 2 years old to 56 years old! You can let him sit for 3 years, 3 days or 3 hours and he will be the same horse when you pull him out the pasture to ride! Poker will not do more than what is asked of him, he has more woah than go. But he can also turn on like a light switch when you need him to work and when you’re done you can turn him right back off again for anybody to ride! Poker is the type of horse that if you call his name he will meet you no matter where he is, he will come running to you for loving! He will stand tied all day, he stands to be saddled and to mount. He loads with ease and stands great for the farrier. He knows his right lead and left lead. He will neck reign w/t/c nice collected circles with ease. Poker is very soft in his mouth and responds great with leg pressure. He will also back very well. This guy will do anything for his rider! He trail rides great with no spook. Poker will cross water ditches and bridges not much phases this guy. You will wear out a truck finding one that’s like him. He is also trained to lay down on command from the saddle or the ground! He does great with kids and is very patient. He would make anyone a great play day horse or you could enter him in your local sorting or team penning jackpots anything you would like to do with him he will try his heart out to please you.
