Biete Paddock / Offenstallplatz in Schildow

We are looking for a friend for our cuddly 7-year-old mare in Schildow:
- 24/7 hay rack with 4cm netting
- 280 square meters with good ground and paddock tiles around the hay rack
- Large shelter with straw and direct space for belongings
- Additionally, a small shed
- 2 bathtubs, one of which is frost-proof
- Indoor & outdoor cameras
- Equipment such as pitchfork, wheelbarrow, (cabinets) etc. available
- Soon also seating with a view of the field and the forest behind
- Really great, helpful stable neighbors

On the spacious facility, you will find:
- Paddocks and pastures for the summer
- A lungeing arena (currently under construction)
- Good public transport connections
- Round pen
- 3 riding arenas: 20×40, 20×60, and a very large jumping/free running area
- 2 indoor arenas 20×45 and 20×60 with new floors, where jumps are regularly set up
- A small forest nearby and the beautiful expansive floodplain for riding out

The monthly rent is 330 euros plus hay and straw according to consumption. It would be great to have mutual support in case of illness, vacation, etc. Just drop a message and we can gladly talk on the phone if you have questions or if it fits :)
