Hannoveraner Stute

After long consideration, I am looking for a new home for my 18-year-old Hanoverian mare with a height of 1.73m. She has been in my possession for 10 years, but due to my job, I can no longer give her the time she deserves. 

She is well-behaved in handling, but she is not suitable for complete beginners, as she can be a bit exuberant when lunging on some days, although she is always manageable. She enjoys groundwork and going out into the countryside, whether alone or in a group.

I am offering her as conditionally rideable, as she has had a chip in her right hind leg since foal age, which does not affect her as long as she receives regular exercise and physiotherapy (twice a year).

Additionally, she suffers from asthma, which we are currently managing well. More details can be discussed in a personal conversation.

She is good with children and is ridden by my kids (8 and 11 years old).

She was freshly vaccinated at the beginning of this year, regularly sees the farrier, and has physiotherapy.

I wish for a home where she can go out for several hours daily or stays in a paddock.

Space over price. 
I would include accessories such as blankets, saddle, bridle, etc.
