 Trooper is a big 9-year-old Missouri Fox-trotter gelding that stands 16.2 hands tall. Yes, that’s 66 inches on a carpenter's tape. This is a rare opportunity to have a chance to own a horse like this. Trooper is very gentle and broke for any level rider. He’s got an awesome one-hand neck rein. He will gate fast or slow. He will lope both ways, catching his leads easily. He has a great stop and will side pass very easily. Trooper has no problem crossing water or logs on the trail. He is traffic safe for riding on the roads and in parades. I have roped the dummy off of him. I have shot 45 caliber pistols off of him with no problems. He is trained to come get you off the mountain block, the side of a trailer, a fence and if you can climb on it, he will come over to it for you to get on. That is a very nice feature. He will also cross pass over to dismount off as well. Trooper is very easy to saddle, bridle, shoe or trim, catch, wash, and load / unload out of a trailer.
