⚜️ The FALL Spectacular ⚜️ Happening now thru MONDAY | SEPTEMBER 23rd - Available EXCLUSIVELY on HorseBid's website! For more details and to register visit: www.Horsebid.com CONSIGNOR CONTACT: Twin Wheel 717-799-0687 LOCATION: New Holland, PA BREED: Paint Horse REGISTERED: No COLOR: Tobiano Paint HEIGHT: 15 AGE: 6 GENDER: Gelding This horse is truly the definition of versatility. “Chase” is a 15hh, 6-year-old paint gelding. He is what everyone looks for in a safe, all-around horse. He has that quiet, easy-going personality that you can’t teach. Trail ride him one day and do some ranch riding the next. On top of having good looks and being extremely versatile, he is as safe as they come and a true once-in-a-lifetime kind of horse. In the barn, he has zero bad habits. He can live in or out and doesn’t complain. He gets along well with other horses and is an independent gentleman; you’ll often find him off by himself if turned out with a herd. He stands tied or in cross-ties to be bathed, tacked, clipped, groomed, etc. He has very good ground manners and is safe around all the farm animals, including dogs and chickens. He is safe for children and beginners to work with/around him. On the trails, this guy is just a dream. He is relaxed and goes wherever you point him. He’s steady and smart with where he puts his feet. He’ll gladly follow, lead, go out with a group, or alone. Water, deadfall, different terrain—he’s steady through it all. Chase rides western, English, or bareback. In the ring, he’ll walk, trot, lope, and pick up both leads with ease. He has a handy one-hand neck rein, and he’ll go bridleless with ease. He’ll ride on a nice loose loop rein all day, but if you want, you can pick up the reins and ask him to collect up into the bridle. He is responsive to leg cues: side pass, yield hips & shoulders. He has a nice stop and backup. Has a nice extended and slow trot with good speed transitions. He’s a very laid-back ride but is not pushy or lazy. He’ll get up and move his feet when you need him to. He adores little ones; he is very gentle with children and takes care of them. Loads, unloads, and hauls like a charm. Chase is safe with cows; he’ll move/push a cow and has also been roped off of. He has been on overnight camping trips and many day-long trail rides. UTD on deworming and teeth floating. He currently has shoes on all four, but he does fine barefoot as well. He is sound. PPEs are welcome at the buyer's expense. Call Joy with any questions 717-799-0687.
