Disposition! Disposition! Disposition! Eclipse has all of that and so much more! Eclipse is one of those kinds of horses that we spend our whole lives looking for. A unique combination of intelligence, athleticism, conformation, looks, and amazing personality. As a four-year-old she displays herself as a solid 10-year-old. Growing up in rugged ranch country has made her incredibly sure footed, she’s been exposed to all forms of wild game from birds to bears and none of it bothers her. From man-made obstacles courses to the Rocky Mountains, Eclipse is comfortable in any environment. She is a pro at opening and closing gates she will side pass up to any gate regardless of construction. We have used her while gathering cattle on the ranch and have just lightly started ranch roping on her. She has been used in pasture doctoring and has shown her willingness to embrace any task that we ask of her. We really enjoyed taking her to town for coffee the other day, it was her first time in town, and she acted like an old pro.
