Daeny an 8-year-old 14.2hh APHA registered mare: *Camos Fire* Sired by Sir Camelot and out of Dam Light the Fire.
Daeny is a slow legged and fancy mover skilled in both Western and English disciplines. Daeny is an absolute stand out in the ring with her pleasing tobiano markings and rich red sorrel coat. She moves well at all gaits including walk, extended walk, trot, extended trot, lope, and extended lope. Daeny looks beautiful riding around the ring in frame and will hold her self carriage on a loose rein with minimal leg cues to maintain collection. She is exceptionally comfortable to ride, consistent, and is solid through her body.
Daeny has been shown in ranch riding scoring at the top of her classes. She is an excellent performance horse opportunity for a novice or intermediate rider. Maintained with semi regular riding and light schooling ; Daeny stops on a "whoa" voice command, rolls back, side-passes, pivots, simple lead change, cross rails and low jumps, works a gate, loves the water and has been started on a mechanical flag. She will stand quietly at the mounting block and for dismount.
Daeny has been exposed to live cattle pushing them around a tightly confined pen and being ridden alongside the reined cow horses pushing cows down the rail. On her days off Daeny has been lightly trail ridden and enjoys time out of the arena. She has been shown by a youth rider and always placing at the top of the youth classes.
Daeny is not only beautiful but also incredibly easy to handle under saddle light and responsive she will elevate your horsemanship. for the novice rider: just a few ranch riding lessons and it will be easy to master her buttons and ride confidently with Daeny.
When in English tack, Daeny is exceptionally smart looking. Her flat knee and finished gaits keep her competitive alongside the English horses. Daeny is well suited for flat work and will keep up with the bigger English horses with her lovely extended gaits. She is fun to jump with good form and a reliable mount as she does not refuse.
Daeny is a favorite in the lesson program, excelling in both Western and English disciplines. She is an excellent teacher for riders of all skill levels. She is the perfect horse to learn and grow with in the show arena. A true school master it won't take much to get along with Daeny and learn a new level of horsemanship. Daeny is right at home in the active show setting and is good in arena traffic and cruising around the Showgrounds to get to her next event.
This eye-catching mare has good ground manners and is easy to be around. Wearing a front set of shoes Daeny stands patiently for the farrier. Up to date on all vet work the our Veterinarian has an easy time working with Daeny. She is easy to saddle, and lunges on a line or in the round pen. Regular bathes and clipped for the shows she is no stranger to a through spa day. Daeny loads easily on the trailer, backing off when arriving at you destination patiently. She has no trouble hauling to new locations standing tied at the trailer all day or overnighting, eating and drinking at the shows. She has a sweet personality and is a good pasture mate with other horses. A Big beautiful mare she keeps a beautiful body condition and shiny coat.
