Einzelne Sprünge können weiterhin mit ihr gesprungen werden.
Sie ist unkompliziert im Umgang und leicht zu Händeln. Auch im Umgang mit Kindern ist sie sehr vorsichtig und geduldig. Sie hat keine Probleme mit dem Schmied, dem Verladen und geht ins Wasser. Man kann sie ohne Sattel reiten sowie nur mit Halsring. 
Sie geht mit anderen Pferden ins Gelände.

Uns fällt der Verkauf von Caramba nicht leicht, da sie ein Teil der Familie ist und uns sehr am Herzen liegt. 
Es handelt sich hierbei nicht um einen Notverkauf, sie wird nur in gute Hände abgegeben.
