Delta is a fantastic horse in so many ways! She is super easy to get along with, smooth as silk to ride, and knows the woods like she was born there! She has been ridden for countless miles in Kentucky and Big South Fork, TN. Sure-footed and confident, she can handle any terrain with ease. Delta has spent her entire life with one loving family, never being passed from home to home Delta has been ridden by riders of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced. While beginners have done well under supervision in an arena, she is best suited for advanced beginners and up, as she loves tackling challenging trails and learning new things. Delta is our go-to horse for any outing—she stays the same, reliable ride even after weeks off, always ready for a new adventure with a great attitude! She is used to being turned out with other horses, both mares and geldings, and comes into the barn as needed depending on the weather. This mare is an easy keeper, staying in great condition year-round on grass, hay, and grain.
