Onlangs kochten we een groep 3- en 4- jarige hengsten van 1 eigenaar, die ze allemaal als veulentje aangekocht had. Allemaal netjes opgefokt op 1 adres en totdat deze paarden bij ons op stal kwamen, hadden ze nog nooit 1 sprong gemaakt. Dus geen uitgeselecteerde rommel, maar echt de crème de la crème! Deze Mr. Brightside stamt af van de populaire hengst MUMBAI VAN DE MOERHOEVE. Vervolgens zien we de hengsten CAMPOSANTO (v. CARTHAGO Z) en ACORD II. Uit dezelfde moeder als deze Mr. Brightside komt al het 1.45m springpaard Quaterline T (v. Verdi) met Benjamin Wulschner en ook de 1.60m springende First Choice HT (v. Favorit ASK) is nauw aan hem verwant. Mr. Brightside springt met een droom techniek, heeft een galoppade met veel balans, draaft mooi vlak en is bovendien bloedmooi. Door al deze eigenschappen zien we ook zeker een carrière in de Hunter ring voor hem tegemoet!
